About the role
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to take ownership of complex, high-stakes problems across Deel's products. You'll design experiences across the employee portal, the employer portal, and the internal admin tools used by customer support, helping customers and teams hire, pay, and manage people in 150+ countries. You'll go deep on problems from discovery through release and be a trusted voice in product decisions.

Responsibilities
- Analyse deeply. Understand customers and business problems to identify the real pain points before jumping to solutions.

- Create impactful solutions. Rapidly design solutions that are both elegant and effective.

- Think at the product level. Connect the missing dots across flows and surfaces, not just single screens.

- Present your decisions. Present your design work and articulate your decisions to product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

- Define the logic. Update acceptance criteria and document the logic behind your work.

- Own your work end to end. Take full cycle ownership from ideation and design through review, feedback in the final test build, and post-release iteration.

- Collaborate closely. Work with highly talented product managers, product designers, and developers.

- Work across platforms. Solve problems holistically across the employee portal, the employer portal, and the admin dashboard used by customer support.

- Build the design system. Build and update components so patterns scale across teams.

- Help redefine how work happens. Be part of redefining how people work around the world.

Qualifications
- Experience. 5+ years of end-to-end product design for web and mobile apps.

- B2B product experience. Strong B2B product experience, ideally in HR, payroll, fintech, or other compliance-heavy domains.

- UX and UI. Strong knowledge and practice in both UX and UI, with a portfolio showing well-reasoned, polished work.

- Design systems. Experience designing with and contributing to a scalable design system.

- Depth and execution. Know when to go deep on a task and when to execute.

- Pace. Able to learn fast and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Passion for design. Genuinely passionate about design.

- Embedded collaboration. Comfortable working embedded in a development team with a light-touch PM relationship, taking initiative rather than waiting for a brief. The work comes from everyone, not just top down.

- Full lifecycle. Comfortable being involved from ideation to design QA, feeding and unblocking the team.

- Communication. Strong communicator who can present reasoning clearly to both design peers and business stakeholders.

- Our salary range reflects gross base salary. For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On-Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission.

- Salary ranges are quoted in USD as a consistent global reference. Your offer will be localized to your country's currency using a market-aligned conversion.

- Final pay is based on objective, job-related criteria including experience, skills, and location.

- We don't ask about salary history. Offers are based on the role and what you bring to it.
